Judgment Enforcement :: Judgment Collection :: Skip Trace :: Asset Search
Your company is unique. So are your employees and your customers. Why would you accept anything less from your consulting services? The Judgment Collection Company understands that every client, every situation, is different. That’s why we tailor our consulting services to fit your needs, rather than trying to cram you into an off the rack solution.
Whatever your needs are, just let us know. We’ll work with you to find a solution that works for you.
This is designed for people who need assistance either on a particular project or a set of projects. For those who want to keep the case in house, we provide guidance and strategic advice and the best way to go about finding your debtor and their assets.
If you are new to this, that’s ok. We have the experience to walk you through the tools of judgment enforcement and collection (including garnishments, liens, levies, restraining notices, information subpoenas, sheriff’s sales, and subpoenas duces tecum), to clarify the value and shortcomings of each, and to explain the most effective ways of deploying them. Our strategies come from years of hard bought experience and they work.
If you have years of experience and you are familiar with the tools of the trade, you may find that we suggest using them in some unique ways.
The day rate is designed for in-house training of attorneys, paralegals, and other judgment professionals. It is also useful for those that want to turn over a particularly important or time consuming case, yet still want the security, control and oversight that come from keeping a case in-house. This option may also be helpful to those with time sensitive matters, where resources are already stretched thin.
Training: Trainings can generally be accomplished in one or two days. We can train attorneys, paralegals or other collection professionals in advanced judgment enforcement and collection strategies and techniques. We will explain why finding and restraining a bank account, even one with very little money in it, may be a more powerful collection tool than the garnishment of wages. Likewise, many judgment collection attorneys will extol the virtues of having a sheriff levy property for a sheriff’s sale. In our experience, a sheriff’s sale is rarely the best option for the judgment creditor. Our training explains why.
For those with little or no experience, we can start with the basics and take it from there. If, like many in these difficult times, you are looking for a way to generate additional income, judgment collection and enforcement is an excellent and recession proof area to pursue. We know. We have done it through up and down cycles and one thing has been proven repeatedly. Judgment enforcement and collection is consistent. With approximately $200 billion in uncollected judgments in the United States, the only limitation on the amount of income you can generate is the amount of resources you are willing to devote to it.
All day rate training includes the Judgment Enforcement Handbook, a written guide including the advanced strategies and techniques discussed during the training sessions as well as additional materials.
Note: The rates quoted here are only averages. Specific rates may differ and rates are subject to change without notice. These rates do not constitute and offer and no rate shall be guaranteed until it is memorialized in a signed writing between the parties.
