About Us
The founder of The Judgment Collection Company is a collections attorney with over a decade of experience in judgment enforcement, skip trace, and asset location. His former clients include a major national corporation with annual sales of nearly 1 billion dollars, high net worth individuals, and small businesses, as well as individual judgment holders.
He is former law clerk to a federal judge and Assistant General Counsel to a start-up technology company. His responsibilities involved due diligence on companies involved in potential business deals; deals involving millions of dollars. In that capacity he oversaw a large staff comprised of investigators, paralegals and legal assistants. It was that experience that helped him to hone the investigative skills that are at the heart of judgment collection and skip tracing.
He left the technology company to start his own practice, with a focus on judgment collection and judgment enforcement. Over the past decade he has been responsible for hundreds of cases and millions of dollars in judgment collections. He is an experienced collections attorney with the skills and techniques required to track down a judgment debtor and their assets and, more importantly, to make them pay.
